Meet Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan (they/them).

I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted as your full self. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that each person brings unique strengths, values, and lived experiences that can serve as powerful resources for healing and growth.

I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating identity exploration, LGBTQ+ experiences, substance use exploration and harm reduction, chronic illness, and complex life stressors. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing significant life challenges, or seeking a space where every part of your story is welcomed without judgment, we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My work is rooted in Narrative Therapy and thoughtfully integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and non-pathologizing, where curiosity, compassion, and authenticity guide our work together.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered to reconnect with your strengths, clarify your values, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Areas of Focus

• LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy • Substance Use Exploration & Harm Reduction • Adolescents & Adults • Narrative & Strengths-Based Therapy • Chronic Illness • Complex Life Stressors

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of work, you’ll often find me quilting or sewing, bird-watching, exploring local wetlands, or revisiting the world of The Lord of the Rings. I value creativity, time in nature, and finding joy in the small moments that help us stay connected to ourselves and the world around us.

Meet Erin

Hi, I’m Erin (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist.

I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and intuitive, creating a space where you can explore life’s challenges with curiosity, authenticity, and support. Together, we’ll move at a pace that honors your unique story while building practical tools for lasting change.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, peri/menopause, recovery from toxic relationships, and the unique experiences of highly sensitive people. I also enjoy helping clients reconnect with younger parts of themselves through inner child healing and offer somatic healing groups for women seeking connection and nervous system restoration.

My work integrates evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, EFT Tapping, Flash Technique, Art Therapy, mindfulness, and other somatic practices. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual strengths, goals, and lived experiences.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a season of change, or longing to feel more connected to yourself, my hope is that you’ll leave each session with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in your own capacity to heal.

Meet Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley (she/her), Founder and Clinical Director of Hidden Trails Therapy.

Every treatment plan is personalized to your goals, strengths, and lived experience.
